The Xew Zealanders, after their former strenuous training and win on Saturday, eased down on heavy work, and are now doing light exorcise. All members of the team are in the pink of condition, ami are hopeful of repeating last week’s .successes on the -Ist.
Major Goodsell, who suspended river work for a few days through slight throat trouble, has recovered, and reappeared on the river. He and McDevitt are in great form, and very confident. A hard race is expected.
