Mr Justice powers, in the Federal Arbitration Court, reserved liis decision in regard to the apnlication of the a ward in connection with picking up places, and lie also reserved his decision on the application of the shipowners 4 ' for a variation of the award to remove all the restrictions on the time, during which the men might he engaged. The Federal High Court has reserved its decision in the case in which the Commonwealth Shipping Board sought an injunction to restrain the Federated Seamen’s Union .the Sydney branch of the Union, and certain individual members from committing breaches of the Arbitration Court’s award.
