THE ALL BLACKS.
THE PUBLIC WELCOME. [by TELECEArn —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, .March 13. The Tahiti, with the All Blacks, will not arrive at Wellington until Tuesday morning. Consequently the arrangeincuts, for the public welcome are necessarily being recast. The Rugby Union officials will meet the team on the ship in the stream. A civic reception will he tendered them at noon, in the Town Hall, and at 1.15 n.m.. the team will he the guests of the Government at a luncheon.
