Consequently the arrangeincuts, for the public welcome are necessarily being recast. The Rugby Union officials will meet the team on the ship in the stream. A civic reception will he tendered them at noon, in the Town Hall, and at 1.15 n.m.. the team will he the guests of the Government at a luncheon.
