AUSTRALIAN \ND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION SHORTER TESTS URGED. MELBOURNE, March 10. Mr Toone, the Manager of the English cricket team, has written to the Board of Control suggesting that the test matches in Australia be limited to five days, and that they start at 11.39 in the forenoon, also that tin* fifth match be played out if honours are even un till then.
