SUPREME COURT.
The Supreme Court sittings at Hokitika are set down for March 18th, before Air Justice .McGregor, hut will possibly he adjourned as the same day is set down for the AYestport and Greymouth sittings. There are no criminal eases so far but the following civil business is set down:— In Divorce— Emily N. Henderson v. Archibald K. Henderson, dissolution of marriage. In Bankruptcy—Application by Sidney AY. Richardson for discharge. Civil—AY. Jeffries v. John C’ron claim for .£-150 for non-delivery of cattle. AY. J. Kerr v. Catherine Kerr for settlement of land held in trust and accounting of moneys placed in charge.
