Tlie (ireymouth Municipal Band, which acquitted itself so well at the recent contest at Auckland, winning the quickstep and securing -Ith place in the aggregate, received a fitting welcome home from about fifteen hundred cheering citizens at the railway station last night—a worthy, tribute to the members of the hand for their splendid performonce. The Band won £7O in prize money.
