WELLINGTON. February 24. The steamers Taiaroa and Rotorua arc working. The trouble seems over, but the men sav that if any Moeraki non-union men go on board any steamer for Sydney, the vessel will be laid up. The Rotorua is due to leave at daybreak to-morrow.
