EVERYBODYS PICTURES. “ROY OK MINE’’—.MONDAY. “ Boy of Aline,” produced by ,1. I\. -McDonald for Kirst National, is from the pen of booth Tarkington. and centres about a child, and, while it is highly amusing to children, it is even of more appeal'to adults. Jt is a human interest drama with a range of appeal that covers picture-goers of all ages. Tarkingtuii has so cleverly built the story Hint children can focus eyes and thoughts on the actions of the juveniles and adults can look upon the child artists as merely incidental to the. building of a great plot. Hen Alexander, who play the role of “Penrod” in “Penrod and Sam,” is seen as “Bill Latimer,” a typical American smalltown boy. I’ockelifl'e Kollowes, who was", Ben’s stern father in “ Penrod and Sam,” is seen in the antithesis of that type. This time he is a lover of children and a man who understands them, “Boy of Aline” is interpreted by an all-star cast which includes Henry li. Walthall, Irene Rich, Rockclifl'e Kollowes, Ben Alexander, Dot Karley and Lawrence Liealzi. It was directed by William Beaudine. The picture will he seen at the Princess Theatre on Alonday next.
