Ho refused to de-register the union, stating that as the men were returning to work he could see no reason for such a drastic action. CHARGES AGAINST WALSH. MELBOURNE. February <>. The hearing was commenced in the Police Court of the charges against Tom AYalsh of inciting the Seamen s Union to strike.
