At the Supremo Court this morning before Air Justice Sim, true bills were returned against John Holmes (or the attempted manslaughter of his wife by shooting in November, and attempted suicide, and against Ernest Heselwool for manslaughter and thus causing the death of Robert J. Young as the result of an accident to a motor car Heselwood was driving.

Holmes pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 5 years on the charge ot attempted manslaughter and to .six months for attempted suicide. The case against Heselwood is proceeding.
