The Inter-State shipping have decided to again apply for the de-registration of the Seamen’s Union, on the grounds that the promise given by Mr Tom Walsh has been broken. This action is the result of the strike on the Levukn, which will now he tied up indefinitely. Justice Powers is to be asked to give a decision early next week. The crew of the vessel will he paid (ff on Saturday. No other ships are so far affected.
