'The steamer, Kowliai, which was the only one held up there, was manned and permitted to sail. 'The steamer Havre arrived at Townsville, leaking slightly, hut the water was easily kept under hv the pumps. Captain May states the vessel grounded on King Island when going about ten knots, hut was refloated without assistance twelve hours utter.
