[Reuters Telegrams.] SCENES OF UPROAR. BERLIN. January 2-1. The Prussian Cabinet, consisting of Socialists, Catholic Centre Party Members and Democrats, have decided to resign, following upon uproarious scenes in the !)i"t. that Mere provoked by a technical ruling out of four motions carrie'! against the Government. The Socialists and Communists threatened each other with their lists Amid a terrible din. a Communist seined the Speaker’s hell, and called for cheers for the Internationals, in which sections of the spectators in the gallery joined.
