Replies have been icecivcd from all Init Sydney, stating the branches are prepared to leave the acceptance or rejection of the award in the bauds of the .Management Committee. Despite the Sydney attitude thine seems to he little likelihood the Committee will refuse lo give Mr Justice Powers the assurance lie demanded in the Court yesterday.
