AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. OAIILB ASSOCIATION UPROARIOUS SCENES. MELBOURNE. January 21. Mr Tom Walsh addressed a secret meeting of the Seamen’s luion, but the action decided on at the meeting was not made public, though it is learned that the men, after uproarious scenes, decided to accept Air Justice Power’s award. This, however, does not mean that the ships will be manned immediately, as other disputes have to be settled before there can be any resumption of work. NO CREWS AT SYDNEY. SYDNEY', January 21. Further efforts to man the idle ships have failed, the men not attending the picking-up place.
