WEATHER FORECAST AT NOON Tho indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong freshening, and veering by south to west. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled with rain following. Ihe baroinete rhas a falling tendency. .Seas considerable ,tides good on the Coast. PHASES OF THE MOON.
UNION COMPANY'S LINE The Karnoua was expected to leave Dunedin yesterday with general cargo for Westport, Oreymouth and Hokitika calling at Timani cn route. The Ngafcoro is due at Oreymouth to-day from North to load timber for Miramar and timber and coal for Wellington. The Kittawa is due at Oreymouth to-night from Wellington to load coal for Lyttelton and Napier.
