Dr Hughes, Health Officer, states that the resumption of the schools will not be sanctioned until,there is a marked improvement in the situation. TWO DEATHS AT WANGANUI. WANGANUI. Jan. 10. A thirteen-year old girl, who arrived from Levin yesterday, and who vas bearing symptoms ol infantile paralysis. died this afternoon. A fourteen year old boy died on Saturday, and a Maori child came down the liver to-day and is being isolated as a suspect-.
