[nr TELEGRAPH—rEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] INTERESTING CASE. WAIPAWA, January IG. An interesting ease under the Land Agents Act was heard by -Magistrate Dyer yesterday. L. Hollings, was charged with carrying on the business of land agent without a license. The evidence disclostd one sale and several efforts to self the same property. The Magistrate held that this constituted a continuity of business and was not an isolated case. Tlie Magistrate imposed the full penalty of £SO, defendant having received t-'BL commission to which he was not entitled. LABOUR’S LEADER. WESTPORT, January Hi. Mr If.
