[R kute its Tar,no nams . J THE (1 HISMAN REPLY. BURL IN. .lan. it. The German reply to the Allies’ Note has been delivered to the Ambassadors. The text will he published mi Thursday. It will protest against: the non-evacuation of Cologne, and maintains that, even if there have been minor failures to carry out the Disarmament. Clauses of the Versailles Treaty (which have not been proved, and arc not admitted by Germany), the Allies would still lie iiuhistilied in their action, since the main fact of compliance remains unaltered.
