The Allied Government expect shortly to receive the report, of the intcrAllied Control Commission giving complete results of the general inspection, which is now proceeding. The report will permit, them to determine what can be expected from Germany, ’so that her obligation in regard to war observed, in accordance with Article 129 materials may lie considered as loyally.

The communication will be sent later to the German Government oil this subject.
