[Reuters Telecrams.] NATIONALIST VICTORY UKEI-Y. CAIRO, Doc. 30. Egypt’s second Parliamentary election is in full swing. Well informed circles believe that the Znghlulists will win lignin, though with it reduced majority, but it is admitted that the result is most difficult to foretell. A revulsion of feeling against the Society of the Wnfd is undeniable, ns was proved by the rejection of twenty-five former deputies and other notable adherents. The issue of the election is ex-Pre-mior Zaglilul’s conduct of affairs. His supporters do not disguise their intention to make the fullest use of vie- * tory if successful, iu which case Egypt will be again faced with a political crisis.
