The following letter from the Director of Education, relative to inoperative High School Boards at Akaroa, Hokitika and Greymouth, was before the Canterbury Education Hom'd on Friday:—“The Department has for some time had under consideration the general question of these High School Hoards and it is clear that their position will bate to lie reviewed.
