EDUCATIONAL. GISBORNE, Dec. 19. At a civic reception this morning, the lion. C. J. Parr, Minister of Education. made an important statement in regard to scomlaiy education. ’lhe Minister said that New Zealand was ahead of any country in the Empire in the provision for post primary education.
