A court-martial at Khartoum sentenced to death four officers involved in the mutiny. One sentence was commuted to fifteen years. The three others were shot <’o-.vi'. All four were from the Musketry School. EGYPTIAN PROTEST. LONDON. Dec. 5. The Egyptian Association of Britain and Ireland have issued a piotest against “the latest attempts bv the press to inflame public opinion against Egyptians, hv irresponsible imaginary statements concerning Egyptian students in England.” It declares that‘Egypt’s nationalist movement is purely legal and constitutional, and is not one of violence.
