In a twenty-rounds bout for tbe middle-weight championship of Europe, Bruno Frattini (Italy) outpointed Roland Todd (England). WELLINGTON, December 1. Em Baxter, (9.9) proved too clever for Paul Dempsk.v (9.9) in a fifteen round professional boxing contest before a crowded house to-night. Tbe winner, varying bis attack, and showing up well 011 defence, won almost every round.
