Applications by Corteen, Tyo and Godby to restrain the Victorian Racing flub and the Victorian Amateur Racing Club from enforcing the disqualifications of Purser and a counter -summons by the Victorian Racing Club asking that the action bo dismissed was again before the Court. Corteen. Tve and Godby in a joint affidavit stated that Purser was not backed in the Cootigv Handicap as he was a bad horse in the mud. Corteen nl'so staled that the amount lie had on Purser in the Caulfield Cup was the smallest amount except one, lie ever had oil the hoi.se. The hearing was adjourned.
