STUDENTS RETURN. CAIRO. Dec. 1. As a result of Xaghlnl having advised a depulation of medical students who visited him at a hotel near the Pyramids, (whither he was temporarily, at least, retired) to continue their studies, all the medicals attended schools yesterday, and the schools generally are normal this morning.
