The "Daily Chronicle” states the police tire insistent, in view of the disclosures in the Rank case, that strong measures are essential to vindicate British justice, but they are faced with the difficulty that the posecution of Hobbs and the F.uglish aide-de-camp of "Air A” may necessitate the disclosure of “.Mr A’s” identity.
The police, however, consider that as tile name of "Air A” lias been published in foreign newspapers, no purpose can be served by further secrecy. It is unknown if the India Office will agree.
