Doctor Elicry is not guilty of cruelty nor malhilt that certain attendants gave wilfully false evidence in an effort to injure him. After exonerating Or Ellery, the report concludes that the primary cause of all the difficulty was overcrowding.

COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. MELBOURNE. Nov. 27. At the inquest on Airs Dawson, her son-in-law Albert Earlier, has been committed for trial. The police evidence showed the place was ransacked, not for valuables, but for information of the whereabouts of Barber’s wife ■who left him.
