The sky lias the widest influence, for it stretches over all men. making them dicamers. seels and mystics. The mountains have the deepest influence, for they touch the imagination and move the heart, making men poets ami patriots by their all-compelling strength. The sea lias the most wonderful pewer over men. It fas; inates them above all nature’s forces. Its majesty, magnificence and immensity fill them with a"e and admiration. It is at once a terror and-an inspiration making them men rf action, energy and resource in the highest sense.
