At yesterday's fixture at the above yards, the entry consisted of !)!) fat and store sheep and 88 head of fat cattle. There was a full attendance of hoteliers whose competition was restricted to prices in keeping with the last Addinoton Sale. Bidding was keen for all light sorts of finished steers and heifers and though there was a drop of £1 to 25s per head on this class of cattle, they nevertheless sold well. Heavy bullocks were hack at least Cl per head, the too price for the day lining CM 2s fid for a pen la-longing to Messrs l’erry and Co. Overall prices were as under:—Heavy ox fils to 37s fid, medium and lighter sorts .'IDs to .'los, prime heifer beef 30s to 33s fid, heavy cow 27s fid to 32s fid, second quality ditto 25s to 395.
