There is a gorgeous list light in the film in which it would seem that every hone in the bodies of Malcolm McGregor and Ernest Torrence would have been broken in their encounter over the rescue of pitiful. Mercy Boone, the young wife chained and padlocked in the cabin of her brutal husband. The production is elaborate and tho settings amid the giant redwoods, majestic and beautiful. Allen llolubar produced the picture for Goldwyn with all his accustomed skill. Colleen Afoore outshines her previous roles as Alerc.v Boone. She. sets a pace for natural and elfcelive screen acting that is contagious, for all the other members of the east kee|> uj> with her- -Alalcolm Alc-Grogor, Claire Windsor, Ernest Torrence, Gerald Bring, Meryl Alercer, James Marcus, William Orlainond and all the others.
