CHINA’S POSITION.
[Reuters Telegrams.] CHINESE NEWS. PEKING, Nov. 21. The Legations have been informed that Kiaiichichsai will probably arrive in Peking 011 Nov. 20th.. whereupon the provisional Cabinet will hand over office to Tuan. The latter will take the post of Premier and will assume the functions of President, pending an election of a. permanent chief executive. A report from Hankow states the Norwegian mission at Ando has been captured by bandits.
