McLEAN’S PICTURES. “CAMERON OF THE ROYAL .AIOUNTED,’’ TO-NIGHT. To-night (Saturday) McLean’s present another of their special attractions, “Cameron of the Royal Mounted.” It is a tale of the strange things that happen in the land of perpetual snow and cold—where the Nabob, Prince and Beggar meet on common ground, where one man’s life is as good as another—where tho lawless stalk their prey and the Scarlet Riders stalk the lawless. The most engrossing tale of Nur’-Wcst Mounted Police ever pictured and filmed amid the rugged grandeur of the Rockies. The story concerns the adventures of a young man who is forced to leave college in Scotland and go to Canada, owing lo the fact that he is accused of raising a cheque. Ln Canada he meets and falls in love with the daughter of a farmer hy whom ho is employed. Fearing to tell her about the incident of the cheque, Cameron leaves a note for the girl and goes to another town, where he joins the Royal North-west Mounted Police. A situation develops, however, which brings about his dismissal from the mounted force, and the rest of the story concerns his struggle to I explain the past and regain the coveted uniform. In the end he is successful, even to the extent of winning the I love of the girl.
