Ah unusual plot presents itself in “ Duslc to Dawn,’ King Vidor-As-sociated Exhibitors feature drama which brings Florence Vidor back to Hokitika at the Princess Theatre tonight. Therein Marjorie Latham agrees to rescue a young man from the toils of a designing woman, if said young man’s father will stay prosecution of her brother, accused ol forgery. When tlie young man forgot the “ dcsiging woman,’ Babette by name, lie fell headlong in love with Marjorie, who refused to marry because ol strangely realistic dreams in which she seemed to lead another life. To his mind it was a poor excuse, and lie informed his dad that lie was “going to the devil.” .Straightway dad reminded .Marjorie of her broken promise. She realized then that her only chance was with Babette, so she posed as a woman of Bahette’s type. Those were dark hours in Alurjoric’s life, but as dawn follows dusk, so did happiness follow Marjorie’s sufferings to reward her for her sacrifices. A cast of well-known players gives Aliss Vidor leading support. Jack Alullmll, particularly remembered for bis acting in “Turn to the Right,” is leading man. Others are Peter Burke, Truman Van Dyke, James Neill, Nellie Anderson', and Lydia Knott.

The supports include a comedy, gazelle, and serial “Hurricane Hutch.” The full orchestra will supply musical accompaniment. Coming .Saturday— “Cameron of the Royal Mounted”. The ALmagement have 1 l>ecii fortunate in securing (his picture at a small extra, cost, and are showing it at the usual prices. Full Orchestra. Reserves open Friday morning at 10 o'clock.
