WOMAN'S SUICIDE. LONDON, Nov 20. The wife of Mr- Darrell Figgis, the well-known member ot the* Dail Eireann engaged a taxi cab in London, and told the driver to go to a distant part of the mountains. The driver heard shots, and then found his fare unconscious. with a bullet wound in her heard. She was taken to the hospital where she died. An inquest was held on Mrs Figgs, ami a verdict was returned of death from it wound self-iiillicted. while temporarily insane. Mr Figgis gave evidence, stating that her nerves bad been shattered by the events in Ireland during the past ten years. She bad suffered severe pain from an injury to her neck, caused bv raiders at their ltotiso in 1022. trim, in her presence, bad out off bis beard.
