A Rome message states that debates in the Chamber during the past week have been curiously unreal, owing to the deliberate absence of the whole opposition party as a protest against the dictatorship regime. ’fhe debate on the foreign policy concluded yesterday with a motion of confidence in Mussolini, this being carried by 315 to G.
