KANIERI CONCERT & BAIL

The Concert and Rail held at Kanieri on Wednesday evening in aid of the Kanieri State School Prize Fund was one t.f the most successful held for years past, the hall being packed, ami the vari ms items on the programme met with a hearty reception. Air F. W. Selby (Chairman of the Committee) presided, and during the interval thanked till who had assisted to make the affair such a success. The following was the programme submitted : Overture. A. Rooney had charge of the floor and carried out his duties to the satisfaction of all. Dancing was kept up until about 3.30 a.ill. all voting the Ball a great success.
