The Commissioner reported in favour of reducing the area applied for to 171 acres. Mr Hero/, asked also for the exclusion of an area of A chains around a dam included ill the area. After hearing objector (X. Moroz) the Warden granted the application subject to a reserve of one chain around the* dam being made, in accordance with the Commissioner’s report. ( V»U were allowed ohjeetors, counsel fee £8 3s. each to Air Park and Mr Sellers.
