Iho total taxable income was fixed at £01.331 and in 1021 the Commissioner of Taxation by notice of an amendment assessment reduced the deduction ill respect of dividends, making the sum or £00,053 taxable. It is claimed the tax on the difference between that and £01.331 the company duly piid with the-additional sum and objected to the amended 'assessment. Judgment was reserved.
