ATTACKED AND INJURED.
KYDNFY, November 12. A Shipping: Bureau worker was violently assaulted w hile crossing the Domain towards AYoollooniooloo by about lorty lumpers who suddenly surrounded him and knocked hint down. Only the appearance of two policemen saved the man’s life, lie was taken to the hospital with a fractured jaw and other serious injuries. An attempt was made (o attack another bureau worker, hut he saw the move in lime and made oil’, lie was chased a considerable distance. YOUNG MAN ARRESTED. .M FI, BOURN I-:, November 2.1 The polite have detained a young man in regard to the death of Mrs Dawson at Yalbourn.
