At a meeting of the Dominion Howling Executive to-night, the iollowing tournaments were approved : —Rotorua February Dili, and 23rd; Auckland, December 2Gth; Vi'airnrapa, January Ist., 2nd and 3rd; Te Aroha, January Ist., 2nd., and 3rd; South Auckland, at Te Aroha, January 2Slh., 2!)th.. and 30th; Thames, Xovemher 20t1i., 20th. ur.d 27th.; Hamilton, Xovemher 20th., 2ith. 03 tii ; Southland, December 31st., January Ist. 2nd and 3rd; Otago, January 25th. and 20th. On the subject of howl testing it was decided not to depart from the previous decision regarding the arrangements at the Dominion tournament. In the singles championship, which was referred to the Council for an opinion as to whether last year's system should be continued, Mr S. Potter said that they had an opportunity to make the event the most successful event in New Zealand, and rather than have any ill-feeling they should give way and keep to the old system. On the suggestion of the president, Mr F. Meadowcroft, the point was referred to the Council.
