ACBTHALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION ADELAIDE, November 3. The cricket was continued in threatening weather oil a good wieket. A ictoria lost six wickets for 210 (Tarrant 80, Ellis 09). The batsmen played cautiously, the scoring being slow, the excellent length bowling being difficult to get away. After .lunch, frequent showers fell, rain once causing a stoppage, The batsmen throughout were not aggressive, playing with the object of wearing down the bowling.
