When the Spaniards who were besieged in Tettian were relieved Derivera summoned the only officer remaining alive, Lieut. Decamps, to give an account of the siege. He accused Decamps ol cowardice and Decamps fired a revolvei at Derivera. wounding him in the arm. Dec-amps, was courtmartiallec! and shot. The newspapers reported that he died of pneumonia.
