An enquiry by the committee investigating Lhe cause and extent of unemployment among watersiders into a statement submitted by the unemployment insurance branch of the Labour Department, shows from October Inst year to March there has been an average of (110 ap|oTcations in a month for unemployed insurance from watersiders. The payments amounted to .C 521 sterling per month.
