On Thursday morning 1 hi-; Kxiol leery will open memorial | gates at I’araparnumu and a visit will ; l>e paid to Otaki. i Their Excellencies have arranged to arrive in Auckland on the morning of October 31st., and to leave on the evening of November 4th. During the visit, in addition to farewells from several public bodies, bis Excellency will be entertained by the Northern Club and Auckland Chandler of Commerce, lie will open the bazaar in aid J of the Girl Guides on the afternoon of October 31st.. and will inspect and address the Girl Guides in the Town Hall on the morning of November Ist. He will unveil the 1 loyal New Zealand Yacht Squadron memorial on the afternoon of October 31st.. and St' Mary s Cathedral war meorial after morning service on November 2nd. Their Excellencies have arranged to attend the races at Ellerslie on Nov. 1 and 3. and are to receive a civic farewell on the evening of November 3. At 10.30 a.m. on November sth. "his Excellency lias arranged to lay the foundation stone of a soldiers’ me- j morial at Palmerston North and later j to open the "Royal Show. On Novemher 6th. their Excellencies have nr- | ranged to nay a visit in the morning to Flock House, and on tlicir return i to Palmerston North they are to re- I ceive a civic farewell before leaving I for Wellington in the afternoon. 1
