ARAHURA FAT STOCK SALE. At yesterday's Arahura fat stock sale the yarding comprised 87 head of fat cattle offered on account of various vendors, the quality of which was equal to previous sales. Beef held its price compared with the previous fixture, the piimcst and medium weights making from Us to 15s per hundred, lighter soils from 10s to J2s Gd per hundred. Heifer and cow beef sold well and showed no depreciation on prices received at the last two sales. Messrs AY. Jeffries and Co., sold a.s follows:—On account Air W. .Messrs AL Houston and Co report a.s follows:—Our entry at the above sale yesterday comprised 10 head of fat cattle and 11 fat sheep. There was a huge attendance of buyers and competition wits keen throughout, prices recorded being somewhat on a par with those of the previous sale. lop prices for the sale and for the year was secured by Air Win Dicdrichs of Kokatahi for an extra prime shorthorn Imllock fattened on his Kokatahi Station, w hich realized £22 2s Gd and was purchased liv Ziegler and Co. 'I here was only a small pen of tat sheep vurded and they sold well.
