Following the inter-State conference of the AVatcrsider AVorkers' Federation it is understood that action will shortly he taken with a view of crushing the Sydney Shipping Free Labour Bureau. The move, if it eventuates, is not expected to take the form of a general strike, but what is described as scientific control of the situation.
