“co untereeit love”- to-night McLean's pictures present to-night a picture that will bring hack llio ramame and thrills of youth. “ Connterleit Love ” is a nielodraniatie-ronianco of the highest order, in which the elements of love, pathos, humor and mystery are so utilized as to make an engrossing photojilav that never lays in interest from the main title to the final fadeout. The locale is the sunny .South. The heroine, a helle of Dixie. The villain, a mysterious stranger who poses ns it man of wealth who is in reality a counterfeiter who makes love to the girl under the mask of a Itencfactor. The hero, a chivalrous son of the South, exposes the counterfeiter and wins his reward. Through the fabric of the story is woven the golden thread of romance reaching a thrilling climax at a typical county fair where an exciting horse race is a spectacular feature. An excellent cast, headed by •Million Swayne as the hroine enlists such names as Joe King, Norma Lee, Jack Richardson, Trenc Hoyle, Alexander Giglio and others equally wellknown.
