SOVIET BLUSTER. (“Sydney Sun” Cables). (Received this day at 0.25 a.m.) , MOSCOW, Oct. 22. M. Litvinolf in an article in the “I’ravda” says:—“We are not fools for signing the Anglo-Russian Treaty. The real fools are a long way from here. We only want the cash. We have not even said we will pay, hut only agreed to the English claims after the loan had been granted. The -Moscow newspapers are gloating over the recent progress. The Ilav Commission, after five years’ effort, is approaching the hour pf triumph. The Ear East will shortly see China’s four hundred millions united in a Communist Internationale. After China, comes India, and after India conies a world revolution.”
